After graduating from San Jose State, with a degree in Marketing, I became the Vice President of Net Branch Acquisitions for Community West Mortgage.  In 1999 I added Realty World to the seamless service I offered my clients.  In 2018 I brought all of my experience to NextHome Treasure Valley.

Over many years I've developed a team to assist home buyers and sellers, such as: house cleaners; landscapers; painters; carpet & flooring professionals; roofers; handymen; staggers; professional photographers, and videographer.  These craft persons have been welcomed by my clients.  From pre-qualifying to the close of escrows, my customers have the best professionals working for them.  

The 'live' VIDEO Tour, and Aerial Video I produce for my listings puts star power on the home and drives buyers to them. We launch the VIDEO on YouTube. They are literally seen all over the world.

We raised our kids in Hollister, CA and we love living in Meridian, ID. I am a Chief Judge in Ada County, ID Elections system. I have served on many boards and commissions and am a previous Chairman of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission in San Benito County.  I have always been involved with youth programs. 

I enjoy long distance cycling, photography, backpacking, genealogy, attempting the banjo and traveling.
