While we’re all adjusting to our current circumstances homes are still selling.  

3867 S Leanato in Meridian, ID, for example recently closed after only 3 days on the market!  This nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,974 sq. ft. home sold for $460,000!  And, typical to the Tuscany subdivision, this home sits on a 11,935 sq. ft. lot. Thanks Jeanette Kurtz for a nice listing.

With “shelter in place” being enforced buyers are more inclined to stay home. Therefore, getting your home’s virtues in front of prospective buyers is more of a challenge. We see yard sign flyers staying in the box longer and most agents only rely on their listing information in the MLS. And, almost none produce true VIDEO tours for their listings.

I have created over 30 agent guided VIDEO Tours in recent years.  I have included Aerial Video in these VIDEOS for the last half of them. I launch the VIDEO on YouTube so the owner’s home is showcased all over the world, literally. And, since Google owns YouTube and, since they love VIDEO marketing my listings typically appear near the top of dozens of sites. These VIDEOs put star power on the home and draws prospective buyers to them. I’ve learned, over the years that VIDEO presentations are just like walking through the home. You can’t ‘Photoshop’ VIDEOs like you can still photos and virtual tours.

Since prospective buyers are home a lot more they tend to shop on line more now. This is a ‘perfect storm’ to capture them and drive them to YOUR home.
